TOM OF FINLAND (Touko Laaksonen, Finnish, 1920 – 1991), The Grand Prize Winner Will Receive This Original Sponsored by The
Categories This Year Are: Three prizes are given in each category and the TOM OF FINLAND
GRAND PRIZE AWARD. The purpose of this contest is to encourage artists
to share their work by rewarding the best examples. The competition is open to any artist with the exception
of previous winners of this competition, or artists who are already
commercially selling work that portrays sexuality.

are responsible for their own transportation to Los Angeles. The real prize
awarded all participants of ToFF's 2014 E. A. C. is the publicity,
exposure and international recognition accorded them through the Foundation’s
promotion of the Competition. The winners
are determined using a “blind” scoring process by a distinguished
panel of five judges who will be announced after the competition winners
have been determined. The judges are selected from an international
roster of individuals in the field of the arts. Judges will score each work on a scale of 1 to 10. Scores
will be tabulated and the works with highest point totals will be

Lives and works in Paris, France Elmgreen and Dragset Ingar Dragset, born in Trondheim, Norway.
